Project Description:

Indiana University Health expanded its footprint in Fort Wayne with the construction of a 25,000 square foot medical office building in northeast Fort Wayne. This facility includes primary care, an outpatient imaging center, laboratory services, urgent care and community rooms to support the needs of Fort Wayne residents.
